In addition to the Panel Parity Pledge, each Gender Champion makes two individual annual commitments specific to moving gender equality forward in their organization.





Launch an internal campaign to raise awareness on sexual harassment at Headquarters and in field offices.

Develop an institutional policy on gender by the end of 2018.

Adopt a gender parity strategy for UNIDO

Actively advocate for the incorporation of the gender equality principle into the UN’s architecture and the inclusion of gender-mainstreaming in the work of other international and other organizations.

DiploFoundation will provide reports from at least ten sessions or events related to gender in the context of Internet governance, and publish them on Geneva Internet Platform's Digital Watch Observatory

Maintain the gender balance of the staff at the Permanent Mission of Belgium.

Ensure gender balance (in a spectrum of minimum 45%-55%) in selection and recruitment of staff with immediate and constant effect.

Integrate a focus on gender equality in the WA Secretariat’s strategic planning, organisational management and other activities.

Encourage WA Participating States to consider gender balance when nominating individuals to serve as Chairs during their tenure of leadership positions of the WA’s bodies.

As part of the ICRC's Global Framework on Diversity and Inclusion, to advance gender equality by improving gender balance on management positions and reinforce the ICRC efforts to prevent sexual exploitation and abuse within our organization.
