In addition to the Panel Parity Pledge, each Gender Champion makes two individual annual commitments specific to moving gender equality forward in their organization.





Introduce specific training and technical assistance on the prevention of sexual exploitation and abuse (SEA) and harassment, and deliver to partners.

Promoting access to professional development training targeted towards enabling female judiciary staff members to develop career-enhancing leadership and management skills

IOM will present, yearly, to its Governing body the annual IOM report on the UN-System Wide Action Plan on Gender Equality and the Empowerment of Women.

I commit to ensuring that a sexual harassment in the work place training is provided to all staff.

To explore concrete ways to enhance the Mechanism's handling of gender parity and sexual harassment issues

Encouraging and supporting women entrepreneur’s contributions and transform their local communities by providing opportunities available for them such as, (a) by helping expose their products/ services through trade exhibitions available in the Netherlands (b) by increasing their recognition by connecting them through networking and social events;

To increase the ease of reporting, investigating and addressing sexual harassment at the International Residual Mechanism for Criminal Tribunals.

I will encourage inclusive discussions and support measures to promote gender equality in the Embassy and international organizations.

Strive to raise awareness for the importance of gender equality in all relevant public statements and speeches, especially in international organisations such as the OPCW and the ICC.

Advocate for empowerment of women in statements in the following fora: Organisation for Prohibition of Chemical Weapons, International Criminal Court and National Day speech.
