In addition to the Panel Parity Pledge, each Gender Champion makes two individual annual commitments specific to moving gender equality forward in their organization.





Strive to promote a healthy work-life balance for employees by implementing a flexible work schedule and minimizing work outside of regular working hours, while notifying well in advance if such work cannot be avoided.

To benefit to both personal and professional growth - allowing employees to dedicate a two working hours per week towards further delving into the fields of professional and/or personal interest such as further education, specialisation etc.
