Personal Commitments

To promote the empowerment of women in the maritime sector in Antigua & Barbuda through financial, promotional and other support of the Women In Maritime Association Caribbean (WIMAC) Antigua Chapter to assist in their goal of reducing the gender gap in the sector.
To engage with youth groups, especially those which focus on female development to promote the maritime sector in Antigua & Barbuda through sponsoring technical training opportunities, university level maritime education and providing paid internships at the Antigua and Barbuda Ship and Yacht Registry with half of the spaces reserved for female applicants.
