To host or co-host at least two events per year that focus on gender issues, and to ensure women are equally represented as speakers and participants at all events organised by the Irish Mission.
To foster enabling environments for women to progress in leadership, including by promoting gender parity in decision-making processes both within the Irish Mission and the UN system.
