Mainstream gender throughout our work, including by supporting initiatives with a gender focus, advocating for language in resolutions and joint statements horizontally and ensuring that financial contributions / humanitarian aid leave no one behind, especially women and girls.
Promoting work-life balance, an essential ingredient of gender equality that is frequently overlooked in practice.
