I am committed to achieving gender parity at all levels and integrating the gender perspective into the work of the IRMCT.

I support the IGC Panel Parity Pledge.

I support the IGC gender-based violence pledge.

Personal Commitments

As head of a downsizing organisation, I will continue the efforts aimed at achieving and maintaining gender parity at each staff level. I will strive to ensure gender representation within working-groups and advisory bodies in my entity.
Foster a positive, inclusive and supportive institutional culture in my organization, ensuring that staff at all levels complete mandatory UN courses on gender and prevention of prohibited conduct, including sexual harassment; and working closely with the Gender Focal Points to raise awareness of gender issues and gender-sensitive work environment, through campaigns, in-house activities and training, and information sessions for staff.
