Throughout 2024, I will hold at least three dedicated exchanges with youth, interns, students and female groups in Geneva to encourage diversity and foster inclusion in dialogues in multilateral development cooperation.
Throughout 2024, I will promote an enabling environment in the UNDP Geneva Office that is safe and promote inclusive policies, including family -friendly practices, such as flexible working arrangements, so that everyone can contribute their full potential.
