Women and girls across the world still suffer disproportionately from displacement. The Sustainable Development Goals will not be achieved by 2030 unless internal displacement, and the situation of displaced women and girls in particular, are not given greater attention.

Advocate for the more systematic collection of disaggregated data to help improve responses to the differentiated needs of displaced women and girls, and ensure more targeted actions to address them.
Build a global evidence base on the different roles that displaced women can play as agents of change, and highlight successful policies and practices that help them find durable solutions to their displacement.
