I pledge to nurture female leadership at the Permanent Mission of Switzerland, including by addressing the challenges that may discourage women from occupying leadership positions, and, by 1 Sept. 2016, to improve by 10 points the percentage of women in management level.

I pledge to show that gender parity and gender related questions are a priority for our leadership by regularly attending, participating in, and reporting back to colleagues at the Mission and capital on events organized by dedicated platforms such as The Future She Deserves or the Gender and Diversity Hub at the Maison de la Paix.
