As women are 50% of the population, they represent half of the available brains, ideas, creative solutions and contributions we need to face the current global challenges. Climate, health, biodiversity, food, water will only be managed in a just and sustainable manner if we engage the whole planet to do so. Women should therefore be at the table – in business, in governments, in international organisations - to take decisions, for themselves, but also for their partners, parents, daughters and sons.
