As women are 50% of the population, they represent half of the available brains, ideas, creative solutions and contributions we need to face the current global challenges. Climate, health, biodiversity, food, water will only be managed in a just and sustainable manner if we engage the whole planet to do so. Women should therefore be at the table – in business, in governments, in international organisations - to take decisions, for themselves, but also for their partners, parents, daughters and sons.

I support the IGC Panel Parity Pledge.

I support the IGC gender-based violence pledge.

Personal Commitments

I am committed to promoting the OECD's work and research on gender equality in France and other international institutions in order to disseminate their evidence-based analysis and recommendations, especially the Social Institutions and Gender Index (SIGI), which integrates highly relevant dimensions to capture the underlying drivers of inequality.
I pledge to promote equality at the OECD and within the French delegation, by supporting the equal participation of women in all OECD meetings, panels and events, and by ensuring equality and diversity of profiles in the recruitment of interns for the French delegation, by interviewing at least 50% female candidates.
