The Climate Crisis is real – we need to include all hands on deck to solve it. Till now, most climate decisions have been made by men. We can’t continue to repeat the same decision process and expect different results.  The wider our perspectives, the more diverse and inclusive our thinking, the more likely we are to find solutions that work. We must achieve a 50:50 balance of women in climate leadership if we are going to make tangible headway in resolving this crisis.
