With some 17,000 employees, the Canton of Geneva should be at the forefront of gender equality in the workplace. This initiative is hugely helpful in helping make the public more aware of women's place within the public sphere. As both President of the State Council and as a State Councillor in charge of Territorial planning, I very much look forward to being a part of this project and revive people's consciousness.
