My country will favour Resolutions in the Human Rights Council that contribute to uphold the human rights of women and the implementation of the Beijing Declaration and Platform for Action.

My country will continue to advocate for the ratification of the CEDAW Convention and its Optional Protocol as well as for its effective implementation.
