In these times, it is more important than ever to pursue Sweden’s feminist foreign policy to advance global gender equality and women’s and girls’ full enjoyment of human rights. I am committed to continue the agenda of our feminist policy – to strengthen the rights, representation and resources of all women and girls – and thereby contribute to the achievement of SDG 5 here in Kenya and in the wider region.
