Encourage meaningful participation and leadership of women and underrepresented groups in decision-making processes, in particular by leveraging my role as Gender Focal Point of the Human Rights Council and working closely with the Gender Advisory Committee.
Foster a workplace and community culture that values diversity, mutual respect, and zero tolerance for harassment or gender-based violence by consistently reinforcing these principles in my public interventions, leadership communications and engagement with staff and stakeholders.
