Personal Commitments

I will advocate for and work for the rights of girls and women. Girls and women should have equal rights to education and well-paid jobs. Throughout 2024, I'll be advocating for better opportunities for girls and women in my speeches, statements, and remarks.
As the director of the Bulan Institute, I will take decisions that ensure gender equality. I'll support and give opportunities to young female professionals, and mentor and guide them. All recruitment policies, staff policies, capacity building, and compensation plans should guarantee gender equality.
