Women empowerment and their participation are the cornerstone to achieve peace, development and equality in every corner of the world. Girls and women should be given more support, caring and bigger opportunities. They have capacity to bring big changes and transformation. I commit to advocate and work for gender equality in every part of my work and policy making!

I support the IGC Panel Parity Pledge.

I support the IGC gender-based violence pledge.

Personal Commitments

In 2026, I will contribute to gender-responsive climate action in Central Asia by integrating gender perspectives into climate, energy, and sustainability initiatives. I will promote the meaningful participation of women in climate decision-making, skills development, and green economic opportunities, recognising women as key agents of change in climate adaptation and mitigation efforts.
As part of the Bulan Institute’s solar energy skills programme in Kyrgyzstan, I commit to actively engaging and supporting more women in technical training, capacity building, and professional pathways within the renewable energy sector. This includes encouraging women’s participation in solar energy projects and training, addressing structural barriers to entry, and promoting women’s visibility and leadership in the green energy transition.
