Personal Commitments
By the end of 2026, finalize and adopt an organizational policy on gender, elaborating on and deepening CCCA's longstanding commitment to gender equality and the prevention of any discrimination, exploitation, abuse, or harassment based on sex or gender.
By the end of 2026, develop, implement, and integrate the role of gender focal point into CCCA's governance and culture, after the naming of our first-ever gender focal points earlier this year.
