Corinne Kitsell

Put simply, organisations deliver better outcomes when women have an equal voice in their workforce and amongst their leadership. As a women in a male-dominated working environment, I am committed to encouraging women to consider roles in sectors traditionally dominated by men, and to supporting those women in practical ways to succeed. As an International Gender Champion, I commit to holding the leadership of the Vienna-based International Organisations to account in delivering on their commitments to gender parity.

I support the IGC Panel Parity Pledge.

I support the IGC gender-based violence pledge.
