For a world free from all forms of inequality between men and women; For a world that guarantees for all social, cultural, political and economic development, I support the IGC Party pledge.

I support the IGC Panel Parity Pledge.

I commit to undertake the following:

  • The principle of equal treatment applies to all employees of the company who are in the same situation with regard to a given advantage. It is a protection against the arbitrary practices of the employer. But it is clear in some countries, women continue to live this inequality. Actions can be conducted in such a way all countries, member of the UN accedes to this principle.

  • Women are underrepresented in decision-making spheres. This is the case at the level of the National Assembly, yet about two thirds of respondents believe that women should have the same chance of being elected to political office as men. It is especially in cities that opinions are most favorable to gender equality in access to elected positions.
