In this regard, I will actively support and promote initiatives that increase women’s participation and leadership across Vienna-based organisations, including by advocating for balanced representation in decision-making fora and the consistent use of inclusive language to drive lasting cultural change.

I am equally committed to empowering young women by championing mentorship, leadership development, and access to opportunities that foster professional growth. I will strive to equip young women with the confidence, networks, and skills needed to thrive, while promoting platforms that ensure their meaningful participation in decision-making. Above all, I will seek to ensure that young women fully recognize that their ambitions are valid, their potential is boundless, and their aspirations can be fully realized.
