Personal Commitments

I will ensure that IFSW integrates an intersectional gender review into the development of all new global policies, position statements and advocacy papers by 31 December 2027, with the goal of establishing this review as a standard part of the Federation's policy development process.

I will ensure that IFSW applies the International Gender Champions Gender-Responsive Assemblies Toolkit to the 2028 General Meeting, with the goal of identifying and implementing practical measures to strengthen the gender responsiveness and inclusiveness of future assemblies.
