Actions speak louder than words! At UN Environment, we will aim for nothing less than complete gender parity at all levels of the organisation, including in our senior management. Harassment in any shape or form will not be acceptable. I have also pledged to avoid all-male panels. At every opportunity, we need to send the right messages and back those up with clear actions.
