Following the adoption, in 2022, of the KSC-SPO Anti-Harassment Policy to complement existing strategies, develop outreach infographics for staff on the policy with a view to raising awareness on existing channels and procedures for safe reporting. Roll out additional training to all staff on the policy.
Host an event with Gender Focal Points in fellow courts and organisations in The Hague to share best practices and lessons learnt in pursuing gender mainstreaming and identify potential opportunities for collaboration among the organisations in this regard.
