  • Implement the recommendations of the KSC gender coordination committee including taking active steps to notify and raise awareness about job vacancies for posts with gender disparity with a view to receiving a wider range of qualified applicants.

  • Support and enable the gender focal point to raise awareness across the institution about gender mainstreaming and other topical points by facilitating training for the focal point and subsequent training by the focal point for staff.
