Personal Commitments

Actively promote the prevention and elimination of gender-based violence and harassment within the ILO and in the ILO’s work. Ensure a coordinated approach across the ILO to implementation of the ILO’s PSEA (Prevention and response to Sexual Exploitation and Abuse) policy and action plan, including through the ILO's Working Group on PSEA, and promote the ratification and implementation of ILO Convention 190 in speeches and interventions.
Actively promote the ILO’s transformative agenda for achieving gender equality internally and externally, including by strengthening accountability for advancing gender equality within the ILO, promoting gender parity in ILO governance mechanisms including the International Labour Conference (ILC) and Regional Meetings. Promote investments in the care economy as central to gender equality, decent work and work-life balance, including through the Global Coalition for Social Justice and in speeches and interventions delivered in the context of ILO work.
