I support the IGC gender-based violence pledge.

Personal Commitments

Advance a transformative agenda on gender equality in the world of work, including by promoting the outcomes of the 2026 International Labour Conference General Discussion on the same topic.
Champion equal pay for work of equal value and an end to violence and harassment in the world of work by promoting ILO Conventions 100 (equal remuneration) and 190 (eliminating violence and harassment in the world of work) in communications, leveraging the work of the Global Coalition for Social Justice, and increasing membership of ILO constituents to the Equal Pay International Coalition.
