We all have a role to play – personally and professionally – to ensure a safe, inclusive and equitable world in which women and girls can thrive and live out their full potential. This is no time to be complacent. I am proud to join the Geneva Gender Champions network, and pledge to: do all I can to advance the promotion and protection of women’s rights through Human Rights Watch’s work with the UN in Geneva; strive to embody intersectional feminist principles in everything I do; and use my platform to highlight and confront structural inequalities.
