"The Japanese government has started the WAW! (World Assembly for Women) in 2014 in an effort to establish a society in which women can shine both inside and outside of Japan. It is essential for a vibrant and growing society to create an environment where women can demonstrate their power to the fullest extent. Keeping this in mind, we actively contribute to the establishment of a society in which women can shine by providing a work environment in which both men and women can fully demonstrate their skills."

I support the IGC Panel Parity Pledge.
  • Strive to enable employees to fully implement their skills by creating a healthy work environment through promotion of good interaction between employees, as well as their partners, both inside and outside of the workplace.

  • Strive to promote a healthy work-life balance for employees by implementing a flexible work schedule and minimizing work outside of regular working hours, while notifying well in advance if such work cannot be avoided.
