Personal Commitments
I will get the basics right within my organisation- by ensuring gender equality is part of our organizational resource manpower(employment) agenda- especially in the deep field locations we operate (hard to reach areas).
I will amplify the socialization of gender equality practices in the fora I attend/ participate professionally or socially. I commit to placing gender equality as an agenda point in meetings I attend ranging from Host Country Team to donor coordination meetings - be the voice!
