Personal Commitments

I commit to continue investing in strengthening capacity, culture, and skills to fully implement protection, gender and inclusion standards in emergencies, and a focus on our safeguarding accountabilities.
I commit to achieving a more inclusive workplace and accelerating progress towards full gender parity within the IFRC by 2028, by increasing investment in targeted recruitment strategies, implementing IFRC's people and culture initiatives, and embedding regular monitoring and transparent reporting processes to track progress.
