Personal Commitments

I commit to scale-up investment to ensure diverse composition of human resources at all levels, and to implement IFRC’s inclusion journey recommendations, with the goal of reaching full gender parity by 2028.
I commit to continue investing in strengthening capacity, culture, and skills to fully implement PGI standards in emergencies, including with a focus on our safeguarding accountabilities.
