I commit to prioritizing gender equality by promoting women’s full, equal and meaningful participation in political leadership and multilateral decision-making in statements and resolutions including by sponsoring or cosponsoring an event once a year to highlight the importance of investing in women’s political leadership, amplify women’s voices, and foster dialogue on concrete steps to strengthen inclusive multilateralism.

I commit to strengthening gender equality within the Mission by promoting inclusive leadership and equal representation at the UN. I am committed to ensuring that women are well represented in panels and events organized by the Mission and to supporting the professional growth of women colleagues through training, mentoring, and career development opportunities. Through these actions, I aim to foster a workplace culture where all women feel valued, respected, and empowered to reach their full potential.
