I commit to undertake the following:
Support the UN Secretary-General in the development of a more equitable and enabling workplace environment through implementation of the zero-tolerance policy on sexual harassment, including through strengthening policies and development of measures and products to better inform and support staff.
Support the UN Secretary-General in his goal of achieving gender parity and ensuring we create a UN that is gender diverse in its leadership, including by supporting the implementation of the United Nations System-wide Strategy on Gender Parity, including striving to achieve gender parity within my own Office.
