Striving for gender equality is a moral obligation - societies or organisations that do not take this to heart cannot be just. At the same time gender equality makes all the sense for societies and organisations to be smarter, stronger, more vibrant and more resilient.

Personal Commitments
Consistently push for clear, significant and implementable policies and practices in the normative and operational work of the multilateral and other organizations we work with and fund. To achieve impact it is key to form coalitions with other missions and civil society that share the same call for transformative gender approaches while upholding a critical dialogue with those who oppose this change.
Contribute to bringing attention specifically to the theme Sexual and Gender Based Violence (SGBV) in the pursuit of justice by the international court system in The Hague.
