I pledge to support female leadership at the management positions of the Permanent Mission of Switzerland to the UN (PR, DPR, Heads of teams), including by addressing the challenges that may discourage women from occupying leadership positions.

Personal Commitments

I pledge to reach out to Swiss female citizens holding leadership and/or relevant postings in Geneva-based International Organizations with the aim of strengthening our relationships, better understanding their profile and their needs and identifying ways and means to support their career advancement.
As President of the Human Rights Council in 2025, I commit to continuing the HRC President’s Advisory Board on Gender Equality with the aim of making advancements towards achieving gender equality in decision-making positions across the UN system in Geneva and beyond.
