I pledge to support female leadership at the management positions of the Permanent Mission of Switzerland to the UN (PR, DPR, Heads of teams), including by addressing the challenges that may discourage women from occupying leadership positions.

Personal Commitments

I commit to giving a platform, at least twice in 2024, to an individual who has made a positive impact on gender- and other diversity while making a career in international affairs, and who is willing to share and reflect on their experience with the staff of the Permanent Mission.
I pledge to organize dedicated conversations with and among staff members of the Permanent Mission with the aim to foster an environment conducive to diversity in the workplace.
