Every woman and girl should be treated with dignity and without discrimination.  Every one of us, everywhere in the world.  And every woman and girl needs to know that this is their right and not a concession that they should need to request for.  In big matters and small, in official situations as well as in our daily encounters, we need to remind ourselves and each others of these basic but fundamental principles.  And we need to support each others, make sure that all of us heard and seen, show our appreciation and respect for each and every woman and girl.
