I believe that true equality is achieved when every individual, regardless of gender, has the freedom, dignity, safety, and opportunity to thrive. By challenging discriminatory norms and promoting inclusive opportunities, we strengthen not only women and girls, but humanity as a whole. In 2026, I commit to advancing gender equality and inclusive leadership through concrete advocacy, mentorship, and community engagement initiatives targeting women, girls, and marginalized groups in Kenya. Through my work with community-based programs and youth mentorship platforms, I will champion equal access to education, leadership opportunities, and economic empowerment for at least 300 girls and young women through mentorship sessions, training programs, and community dialogues; Facilitate or participate in at least 6 advocacy forums, workshops, or campaigns addressing gender-based discrimination, harmful social norms, menstrual health, and girls’ rights; and promote male allyship and community participation in advancing gender equality by engaging men, boys, educators, and local leaders in dialogue and awareness initiatives.

I commit to integrating gender equality and inclusion principles into all organizational activities, partnerships, and public engagements undertaken throughout the year and tracking progress through participation records, mentorship outcomes, and community feedback to ensure measurable impact and continuous improvement.
