It is a fact that women are underrepresented in high-ranking jobs, and the higher the job, the fewer the women. This is unfair and has to come to an end. The best way for me to contribute to this goal is to make sure that each and every woman on my team feels as entitled and as ready as their male coworkers to aim for the moon.
