Madeleine Chenette

During these challenging times and as countries look to recover economically from the COVID-19 pandemic, our economies will need the contributions of every person and – of course – women make up half of the world’s talent pool. The effects of gender disparity are not limited to lost opportunities for women.  They are felt across societies, in terms of labour shortages and slower economic growth. More than ever, we need to embrace the values of feminism and inclusivity.  This approach means embracing open dialogue, including diverse voices, and building cooperative solutions.

I support the IGC Panel Parity Pledge.
