As countries look to recover economically from the unjustified war in Ukraine and still the COVID-19 pandemic and to adapt to the climate/biodiversity challenges and digital transformation, our economies will need the contributions of every person. Of course, women make up half of the world’s talent pool. The effects of gender disparity are not limited to lost opportunities for women.  They are felt across societies, in terms of labour shortages and slower economic growth. More than ever, we need to embrace the values of feminism and inclusivity.  This approach means embracing open dialogue, including diverse voices, and building cooperative solutions.
