As a country with a Feminist Foreign Policy, Spain is committed to multilateral action that addresses structural gender inequalities and combats the backlash against women’s and girls’ rights. This is the focus of my mission across all the agendas in Geneva.

Personal Commitments
Mainstream a gender transformative perspective across all the work of the Permanent Mission of Spain to UNOG through specific training in gender equality for all the staff of the Permanent Mission.
Advance the care agenda and gender parity as human rights and horizontal priorities for achieving gender equality and sustainable development, ensuring their systematic integration into normative, programmatic, operational and budgetary framework in the work of the International organisations in Geneva.
