I commit to undertake the following:
Ensure gender balance (in a spectrum of minimum 45%-55%) in selection and recruitment of staff with immediate and constant effect.
Encourage increased female participation in all of IACA’s programmes and trainings, and ensure that, by the end of 2018, scholarship allowances include a minimum of 45% (ideally 50%) female beneficiaries.
