I will advocate for improved gender balance across our workforce by proactively identifying and encouraging qualified women staff members to apply for leadership roles within the team, and promoting fair and inclusive recruitment, development, and succession planning practices in 2026-2027.
I commit to ensure the voices of women and girls in conflict-affected areas are heard, are an integral part of all our engagements and that a dozen success stories are shared to encourage the spread of messages of hope and empowerment in 2026/2027
