I have spent a lifetime advocating for the advancement of women and girls by removing barriers to STEM fields, addressing violence and discrimination against women, and creating opportunities for diverse voices to weigh in everywhere. I am deeply committed to mentorship as an effective form of supporting emerging leaders and to challenging our societal concepts of femininity.
