Personal Commitments

As Executive Director of UNITAR, I commit to ensuring gender-balanced participation in UNITAR’s learning-related events, aiming for 50% female participation overall, and to strengthen the gender component accross our training courses, including our joint master's degrees we offer together with several universities.
As Executive Director of UNITAR, I commit to creating an office culture free of gender-based discrimination and harassment. I will ensure that relevant mandatory courses are completed by staff and will institute a gender-sensitive leadership training for UNITAR's senior management.
