Personal Commitments

I commit to continuing support for a gender-responsive organizational culture by encouraging the implementation of at least one light-touch internal initiative in 2026 that promotes inclusion and team wellbeing, building on insights from the 2025 staff survey.
I commit to supporting the visibility of the 2025 - 2028 Regional Gender-Based Violence (GBV) Project, by encouraging reflection on its relevance across the Cooperation Programme Somalia. This will complement efforts to strengthen cross-sector learning in line with the 2025 Gender Evaluation.
