We need the collective efforts of leaders to harness the full potential of women as agents of change. As decision-makers, it is our responsibility to lead by example in breaking down gender barriers and ensuring equal opportunities for women at all levels within our own organization. I will do my part in raising awareness among Member States about this crucial issue as President of the UN General Assembly.
