Personal Commitments
All DCAF staff will undertake the training on gender-responsive project design for SSR in 2024, and DCAF will also produce an online version designed for external audiences.
DCAF will organise raise awareness workshops for staff and create a comprehensive learning and development program for managers to address implicit bias and ensure diversity, equity, and inclusion within our organization.
