These commitments reflect our core values and principles as an organization. This is why it matters to me personally and as DCAF’s Director that these principles are really embodied in our work and implemented every step of the way.

I support the IGC Panel Parity Pledge.

I support the IGC gender-based violence pledge.

Personal Commitments

DCAF will continue to deliver and further enhance its unconscious bias training, while integrating gender and intersectionality competencies and engagement into all staff annual performance reviews.
In 2026, DCAF will advance gender-responsive budgeting both internally - by reviewing and strengthening its organizational and programmatic budgeting practices - and externally, by supporting stakeholders with practical expertise, tools, and training.
