Advancing gender equality requires strong action both locally and globally. I am committed to promoting equality and preventing gender-based violence in the Canton of Geneva, while supporting International Geneva and the International Gender Champions network in strengthening collective leadership for gender equality worldwide.

Personal Commitments

By 2028, I commit to strengthening gender equality within the Geneva cantonal administration by expanding training and awareness-raising programmes on gender equality, discrimination and inclusive practices for public employees, in line with Geneva’s LED-Genre Action Plan 2025–2028.
By 2028, I commit to leading a collaborative process to further strengthen and modernize Geneva’s Domestic Violence Law, ensuring it remains aligned with societal change and current challenges related to domestic violence.
