Personal Commitments

I commit to reiterating my pledge to contribute to gender equality at the Permanent Mission of Switzerland and mentor management staff by holding a briefing to all mission staff on gender parity, unconscious bias, inclusive leadership, and the prevention of harassment and sexual misconduct before I leave New York this spring.
I commit to organizing a high-level event on the occasion of International Women’s Day and on the eve of the 70th session of the Commission on the Status of Women to bring together prominent figures from culture, politics, civil society, and the private sector to discuss responsible (female) leadership for the future.
