In 2026, through the work of the FE+MALE Think Tank, we commit to advancing gender and social equity by designing at least two new programs to empower women entrepreneurs and help close the funding gap affecting female-led businesses. If funding is secured, we will ensure at minimum the full program design and partner engagement, with implementation and launch planned for 2027. Through mentorship, sponsorship, access to networks, education, and strategic partnerships, these initiatives will support women — particularly from under-represented communities — in driving positive social impact, economic growth, and long-term resilience.

FE+MALE Think Tank commits to publishing a Best Observed Practices Guide to strengthen inclusive entrepreneurship ecosystems, and to delivering at least one training session on identifying unconscious bias in funding and investment decision-making for diverse stakeholders across entrepreneurship, finance, and innovation.
