Advance the enabling of more women to participate in and benefit from trade and reduce gender inequalities in opportunities and outcomes. This priority derives from UNCTAD’s mandate and is shared with my senior management as well as the institution.
Use my voice and management tools to promote and lead an organisation with a work culture that is inclusive, embraces gender equality, and has zero-tolerance for any form of gender-based violence.
