"Women's empowerment is to key to the effective socio-economic and political development of our societies. Gender Equality is not for our sake but for the sake of all human kind. When women and girls enjoy the same rights and opportunities as men and boys in education, sports, STEM, politics, finance and leadership, only then we will see real progress of sustainable development, peace and justice in the world. As women leaders, we must lead the change by our own actions rather than our good intentions."

I support the IGC Panel Parity Pledge.
